I'm a playwright, parliamentary staff and mother. I do all tis work inside a socialist feminist framework.
My work as political writer brought me to parliament where I work for a rad young female MP from the far North. She was the Status of Women critic and is now the Aboriginal Affairs Critic for the left leaning New Democrat Party.
I want to talk to you about all the lovely intersections between art, sexuality, gender, Indigenous rights and politics. Also, my 2 year old. I always want to talk about him.
